生き甲斐
Studio · Bedok, Singapore
Find your ikigai — the small daily joys that make life worth living.
Soft open · November 2026
Join our WhatsApp communityIki Studio is a reformer pilates studio opening in Bedok, Singapore. We built this space around one idea: that movement feels different when it's connected to something bigger than the session.
生き甲斐 — a reason for being. The intersection of what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what sustains you.
At Iki, every class is a small step toward that centre. Not just stronger bodies — clearer minds, steadier energy, and the quiet confidence that comes from showing up for yourself.
Movement that feels good. Not punishing — purposeful. Classes designed to be challenging and enjoyable.
Reformer pilates builds functional strength, flexibility, and body awareness — skills that carry into daily life.
Small daily joys. A practice you return to, not one you endure. That's what we build here.
When movement connects to purpose, consistency takes care of itself. That intersection is iki.
All classes are on the reformer. We keep groups small — every session is coached, not just led. Whether you've never tried pilates or you've been practising for years, there's a class for you.
For first-timers and those returning after a break. Learn the reformer, the language of pilates, and how to move without holding your breath.
A smooth, connected sequence for practitioners who know the basics. Expect length, stability work, and the occasional challenge you didn't see coming.
Higher resistance, slower tempo. Designed to build the kind of strength that makes everything else easier — on and off the reformer.
We're opening with a limited founding member offer — a 10-class pack at a price that won't come back. First 20 members only.
We're a short walk from Bedok MRT and surrounded by the kind of neighbourhood that makes showing up easy — coffee before, hawker centre after.
